Industry requirements
The financial industry has clear compliance requirements for video surveillance: The images are clear and identifiable, the video storage period is up to standard, and the data cannot be tampered with. The alarm can be linked and the system can be connected to the Internet. Xinlaida Security's financial outlet plan is designed one by one to meet these requirements.
Key design points
- Clearness: Cameras with more than 2 million pixels are used in the counter and ATM areas, and the number of pixels on faces meets the recognition requirements.
- Wide Dynamic: For the backlighting of the glass curtain wall, a 120dB wide dynamic model is selected, so that the face and background are clear at the same time.
- Simultaneous pickup: The counter and ATM cabin are equipped with pickups, and the audio and video are recorded simultaneously to facilitate the production of evidence in disputes.
- Reliability: The core equipment is guaranteed by regulated power supply and UPS, and can still record for more than 2 hours after a power outage.
- Security: Video files are encrypted and watermarked, and operation logs are fully recorded to meet audit requirements.

We design strategies to deal with these practical problems one by one
The glass curtain wall in the lobby caused serious backlighting and the faces could not be seen clearly
Ordinary cameras had insufficient wide dynamic range and the customer's face was blackened or overexposed
The lighting in the ATM area is weak at night and the image quality is poor
There is no effective lighting at night and the characteristics of the cashier are difficult to identify
Videos need to be stored for a long time and cannot be tampered with
Financial disputes require high evidence and ordinary storage can easily be overwritten.
The outlets are scattered and the superior bank cannot grasp them in real time
Each outlet stores independently and lacks unified networking and inspection methods
Disputes at the counter require clear dual screens of counting money and customers
A single perspective cannot clearly see the operation and the customer's face at the same time
System architecture
Financial outletsSecurity system layered design
Press "Network Front End + Local Storage + Upper Level Networking"Three-level architecture design:
- Front-end of the branch: The lobby uses a wide dynamic gun camera, and the counter uses a dual-channel camera (in front of the customer + above the money counter). A pinhole camera is used inside the ATM cabin and equipped with a pickup.
- Local storage: An NVR host equipped with a dedicated hard disk for monitoring, dual-disk hot backup for key recordings, and a retention period of not less than 90 days. Supports watermarking and tamper-proofing.
- Superior networking: Upload alarm events and key videos to the branch/head office platform through a dedicated network to support remote inspection and review.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about the Financial outlets solution
How to solve the problem of serious backlight in the hall?
Choose a 120dB wide dynamic camera, meter the window area separately, and install a hood if necessary.
How to prevent video tampering?
NVR adds digital watermarks to video files, and verification will fail after illegal copying or modification; at the same time, key channels have dual-disk hot backup.
How to install an ATM in a small space?
Using a micro pinhole camera, it is installed concealed in the panel without affecting the appearance and maintenance of the equipment.
How to view the superior row remotely?
Log in to the networking platform through a private network, access real-time images and historical videos according to permissions, and support electronic map positioning.
