Project background

The shopping center has a commercial area of approximately 160,000 square meters and 320 merchants. The management hopes to change the video system from "Security Cost Center" is transformed into "Operation Data Center".

Extension from security to operations

  • Passenger flow data: Output reports by floor, time period, entrance and exit, as a quantitative basis for rent negotiations.
  • Hot area analysis: Identify areas that have been used inefficiently for a long time, and adjust circulation and presentation accordingly.
  • Parking space circulation: Parking space guidance and reverse car search improve the experience and directly increase the parking time.
  • Shop inspection: Remotely check store opening rate, door hygiene and illegal display.

Deliverables

In addition to the regular completion data, we also submitted the "Monthly Report Template for Customer Flow Analysis" and "Guidelines for Point Adjustment during the Shop Decoration Period". It is convenient for the operation team to use it independently for a long time.

Project difficulties

Issues that need to be addressed during project advancement

Frequent changes in store interior decoration

Locations need to be quickly adjusted with store renovations

The atrium is 5 stories high and the coverage of conventional equipment is insufficient

The atrium needs to take into account both the panoramic view and the evidence collection of activities on the ground floor.

Poor car-finding experience in parking lot

It takes car owners an average of 12 minutes to find a car

Lack of quantitative passenger flow data and lack of basis for investment negotiations

Only owners can quantitatively display the popularity of each floor

solution

Technical and construction measures taken to address the above difficulties

The store adopts standard reserved points + quick adjustment method

2 point interfaces are reserved for every 80 square meters

The atrium adopts gun ball linkage + bottom floor supplement

Solve the problem of poor access to high floors

License plate recognition + parking space status light + reverse car search

The average time it takes car owners to find a car is reduced to 3 minutes

The passenger flow analysis platform outputs floor/time period heat reports

directly used for rent negotiation and movement route adjustment

Project results
