Covering the tower crane working surface, the periphery of the foundation pit, the material storage yard and the workers' living area, the wireless network can be used to relocate the points as the project progresses, and cooperate with safety helmet identification and cross-border alarms.

Project background
This project is an urban renewal complex project, which is being promoted simultaneously in three bidding sections. There are about 1,200 laborers on site during the peak period. The project department hopes to effectively reduce on-site safety risks while meeting the "Smart Construction Site" filing requirements of the housing and construction authorities.
Design for migration as progress
The difficulty with construction sites is that "the best spot today may not exist next month". Plan adopted:
- The points are all installed on removable movable poles with counterweights at the bottom, eliminating the need for expansion bolts.
- Video backhaul is mainly based on wireless bridges, and only wired ones are reserved in permanent buildings.
- Every time the image progress changes, we and the project department will jointly review the point ledger.
Actual value
- Border crossing warnings are issued an average of 6-8 corrective reminders per day, and the violation rate decreases month by month after forming a habit.
- The number of night theft incidents in the materials yard dropped from an average of 3 incidents per month to 0 incidents.
- The labor real-name system is linked with the face turnstile, and settlement disputes at the end of the month are significantly reduced.
