Project background
The government service center receives about 5,000 people daily and has 180 open windows. As work processes are compressed, Window friction has increased, while the 24-hour availability of self-service areas creates new device protection concerns.
Safety isolation design
Government sites are particularly sensitive to network security. This project adopts:
- The video surveillance network is an independent network and is not directly connected to the government intranet.
- When the brother unit needs to call the video, push the authorization token through the One-way security gate, and the camera cannot be accessed reversely.
- All remote access uses VPN two-factor authentication, and operations are fully audited.
Operational results
After going online, the average verification time for window service complaints was shortened from 2 working days to less than 4 hours. The number of vandalism incidents of self-service area equipment dropped from 2-3 per month to 0 incidents.
