Event security and crowd guidance system project for a sports center
For concerts and sports events, build high-density crowd monitoring, explosion-proof disposal linkage and large-screen command systems to support rapid deployment of temporary locations during games.

Project background
The sports center hosts provincial events and large-scale performances, with a peak instant flow of more than 12,000 people. The scene that the operator is most concerned about is the flow of people at the peak of admission and the end of the venue.
Flexible deployment design
The difficulty with venues is that "every event is different." How we do it:
- 88 flange quick interfaces (including network ports and power supplies) are preset on structural columns and horse paths.
- Equipped with 24 sets of mobile image transmission units, used for areas that change every time such as the stage area and infield.
- Output "Various Event Point Configuration Templates": one set each for concerts, football, basketball, and exhibitions.
- Temporary equipment will be removed and the venue restored within 2 hours after the game.
Event Guarantee Effectiveness
After the system went online, it has guaranteed more than 40 large-scale events and performances. The entry security check queuing time was reduced by about 30%, the evacuation efficiency was improved by about 25%, and no major security incidents occurred.
Project difficulties
Issues that need to be addressed during project advancement
The instantaneous flow of people during the event is very large, and it is easy to form a bottleneck at the entrance
The crowd density at the end of the game is dozens of times higher than usual.
Different types of activities have great differences in demand for spots
The location of the concert stage is different every time
Climbing and throwing objects in the stands are difficult to detect in time
Routine monitoring lacks pertinence
There are many subcontracted venues, and temporary spots need to be restored quickly
they must be restored quickly after the game to ensure the reuse of the venue
solution
Technical and construction measures taken to address the above difficulties
Preset 88 quick-connect flange point interfaces
Temporary points can be deployed within 30 minutes during the game
The entrance gate is linked to the passenger flow statistics
When the threshold is reached, the backup channel is automatically pushed to open.
Deploy high-altitude heavy-duty pan/tilt in the stands + behavioral analysis
identify climbing guardrails and area intrusion behaviors
Mobile image transmission + temporary lighting truck solution
Solving the power supply and backhaul of temporary areas on site
Project results
Actual operating data after the system goes online
Main equipment list
This project mainly uses equipment (XLD is mainly self-developed)
- Heavy-duty high-altitude pan/tilt — 12 units, stands and roofs
- 2 million network gun machines — 318 units, entrances, exits and passages
- Low illumination hemisphere — 190 units, infield and function rooms
- Mobile video image transmission unit — 6 sets, temporary location
- Intelligent analysis server — 2 units, people flow density and behavior recognition
